Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TunnelAce VPN (“the app”, “we”) handles information when you use the Android client. We built the app so you can connect through SSH, SSL, proxy, V2Ray, OpenVPN, and related tunnel protocols using catalog servers or servers you configure yourself.
1. Who we are

2. Information we process
- On-device settings. Server addresses, credentials you enter, imported configs, and app preferences stay in local storage on your phone unless you export them.
- VPN traffic. When you connect, Android sends device traffic through the tunnel you selected. Catalog servers and any server you add are operated by us or by you. We do not sell your browsing history. Operators of a server you choose may see destination IPs, connection times, and volume as with any VPN or SSH host.
- Server catalog. If you sync the official catalog, the app requests the public server list from our panel (currently hosted at tunnelace.aceworlds.site). That request includes a normal network IP and user-agent.
- Push notifications (OneSignal). If you allow notifications, OneSignal may receive a push token, device language, and an app-language tag so we can send service messages. You can disable notifications in Android settings.
- No account required. The core VPN client does not ask you to create a Google Play or TunnelAce account to connect.
3. Permissions
The app uses the Android VPN service, internet, network state, foreground service, notifications (optional), and related connection permissions so a tunnel can stay running. It does not need your contacts, photos, or precise location to operate.
4. Ads and analytics
The current Play Store build does not show ads. We do not use Google Analytics in the app. If that changes, this policy will be updated before ads or extra analytics are turned on.
5. Children
TunnelAce VPN is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Data sharing
We share information only with: (a) infrastructure needed to run the catalog and tunnels you use; (b) OneSignal if you enable push; (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and your choices
Local configs remain until you clear app data or uninstall. Catalog request logs, if kept on the panel, are used only to operate and secure the service. Uninstalling the app removes on-device data. Email contact@myomin.com to ask questions or request deletion of any account-side records we may hold.
8. International users
Servers and catalog infrastructure may be in countries other than yours. By using the app you understand that connection data may be processed where those servers are located.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
